Kish Creek, also known as Kishocoquillas creek, an exellent place to fish. This medium sized stream has lots of flat water, and is an exellent place to flyfish. It is stocked several times a year with Brown and Rainbow Trout so there is always an abundance of trout to be caught. The stream can be accessed from many diffrent locations through out Lewistown, some remote and some right next to parks or paths. here you should find something for everyone.
Recommended tackle: FlyFishing, Ultralight to Light Spinning tackel for Trout

Recommended fishing methods:
Dryfly fish the flat water in the mid-late evening, before sunset on a warm day when the hatch is coming off. Also try Nymphs. Waxworms and redworms dead drifted, or Minnows in the riffles. Worms work good after rain.
