Quick Description: Bloch was a Brazilian journalist and media figure. In the 1950s, he launched the Brazilian magazine Manchete (now defunct) He was close friends with President Juscelino Kubitschek.

Long Description:
The dog next to him is nameless. Nothing on the plaque (in the gallary) names him, and no online sources name him either. I'm assuming that it was his dog though.
