Benchmark is located approx. 15 feet south east of the SE corner of the Medford Public Library and about 6 feet north of Allen Ave where Allen Avenue meets Main Street. It lies between the sidewalk and the curb of Main Street on the same side as the Library.

The mark is in very good condition, clearly visible and uncovered.
