Constructed about 1850 by J. Foster Ober, Williams Brothers, and others, in the Gothic style, the Odd Fellows Hall was for many years one of the centers of social life for the town of Beverly. The orginal Bass River Lodge 141 still exist but meets at another location while the old houses various offices.
