Well I can remember my Grandpa talking about racing at the Joplin Motor Speedway.
I can't remember when he said it was but that was 35 years ago.
His last Name is Petty.
He was Older than the Famous one.
I used to love hearing about the rod's and coupe's and seeing old movies of the gangster race cars as I called them.
Things have changed since then especially the cars we drive and the one's they drive.
Racing has always been a part of this road.
We have been here many times and heard it was closed but according to the web site I listed it is still going.
We will see...Love them WORLD OF OUTLAWS................
