This boundary stone witness mark is in the middle of the rotary at the meeting of the Lynnway, the Nahant causeway, and Lynn Shore Drive.
According to the Massachusetts Highway Department database, this stone has point ID 3423 and is named "LYNN-NAHANT 2 WM", implying it might be a reference to the actual town corner. The site describes it as a granite monument, 2.9 feet high and 8 x 6 inches in section.
However, by this point in time, probably due to landscaping, the monument has sunk into the ground to the point where maybe only a foot is visible. You can see the tops of both an "L" and an "N" engraved on opposing sides (one for Lynn, the other for Nahant).
