From the NOAA Tides and Currents description:

"The primary bench mark is a disk set in the east end of the sea wall located near the east access gate to the boat docks, 26.52 m (87.0 ft) SW of the SW corner of the condominiums, 13.26 m (43.5 ft) NNE of the east access gate, 1.55 m (5.1 ft) south of the southernmost bike lockup rack, and level with the ground."

This description is good, although it should be clear that this is on the north side of the wooden boardwalk.
