When I say brand new build, I mean it. Found it hard to not get the port-a-pottie in the shots. This building is not without its controversy, as some residents raised various questions. For instance, where will people be parking? Oh well. It's up and looks pretty good. Let the doctors and lawyers walk a block or two.
