Engraved upon this black memorial is a helecopter droping off troops. The Clinton Area Vietnam Veterans felt it was necessary to dedicate a memorial to their fallen brothers. The citizens of Clinton County agreed by donating moneys for the cost of the memorial almost immediately. The names listed on this wall are from Clinton County.
