NEUHAUS, HUGO VICTOR, JR. (1915-1987). Hugo V. Neuhaus, Jr., architect, was born in Houston, Texas, on March 5, 1915. Neuhaus began his career at the firm of Kenneth Franzheim. He studied at the Graduate School of Design. He moved to Houston in 1949 as the associate architect on an two projects in 1949.

Neuhause designed this house in 1950 for his family residence. He designed numerous building throughout the Houston area.
