The memorial is dedicated to the men and women who serve(d) in all the armed forces. It is located in front of Pella's City Hall, formerly the Carnegie-Viersen Library (Waymark Code: WM19P9). Nextdoor to the City Hall is the Memorial Building. The setting is still being developed, but since the marker is in place, it warrants recognition and a visit!
