This Shelter is located at the corner of Midland St. and 3rd St. just two blocks from Woodward Ave. This building is closed, but it looks like a bomb went off in it. I was only able to get a pic of the sign. I will go back to get a few more. Sign is in good condition with it's capacity numbers missing. I will add more information on this shelter when it becomes available.
