This Shelter is located on 2nd Ave near Henry St and the Fisher Freeway in Downtown Detroit. This Shelter has two Signs, one on 2nd Ave and the other is on Henry St. Both Signs are missing their capacity numbers. I will add more information on this shelter when it becomes available.
