DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1994 (GAS) IN ARLINGTON, AT THE INTERSECTION OF WATSON ROAD AND THE GREAT SOUTHWEST RAILROAD, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTH FACE OF THE MOST SOUTHERLY OF 2 CONCRETE COLUMNS OF THE 1ST PIER EAST OF THE WEST ABUTMENT OF THE RAILROAD OVERPASS OF THE ROAD AND STATE HIGHWAY 360, 6.3 M (20.7 FT) WEST OF THE ROAD CENTER, 2.0 M (6.6 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF THE OVERPASS, AND 1.3 M (4.3 FT) ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE ROAD.
