PRR passenger station in Sheffield PA - Train Stations/Depots on Waymarking.com

We first visited this station in the fall of 2005 while searching for a benchmark on the building. The attached images were taken in January 2007 when we returned with a friend. The station is not in use, but appears to be undergoing restoration. The Pennsylvania Railroading homepage (visit link) lists the station as in poor condition and boarded-up. When we were here in the fall, the station was not boarded, but appeared to be abandoned. When we visited in January 2007 there was clearly work being done inside. Some of the old station items are still inside. One annotated photo identies the men's waiting room.

June 2007 update. The station is currently being restored to serve as a museum of local history
