This Starbucks lies in the heart of downtown Tacoma in an old restored warehouse that is now part of the University of Washington Tacoma Campus.
The store is stuffed with velvet armchairs for lounging and studying and the walls are hung with paintings from local artists. The wifi is available through T-Mobile and can be accessed throughout the store.
There is a door that opens into the adjoining University of Washington Bookstore so during bookstore hours you can grab a coffee and go browse the books.
