From the MAGS/MHD description:

"In the north sidewalk of Congress Street, opposite the centerline of A Street, 2.12 feet south of support column, 5.14 feet north of second support column, 14.92 feet west of e-pin in granite curb, 8.27 feet northwest of e-pin in curb."

Whatever "support columns" mentioned in the description are long gone, so looking for them will probably just confuse you.
