This four foot wide section of the Berlin Wall was relocated to the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) Command Headquarters and is available for viewing outside its building in Reston, Virginia.

This waymarker is easily viewed at any time of the day or night. It's out front of the Bundeswehr Command Headquarters in Reston, VA just north of Sunrise Valley Drive. Heading east or west, when you hit the cul-de-sac on which the building resides, your GPS will point NORTH to your destination. Just turn in to the road and go to the end, staying on your right till you get to the end. The Berlin Wall segment is just to the right of the main doors of the building. I've visited several times and nobody seems to mind that I'm there taking pictures. Actually, they're all German there and they seem to get a kick out of the attention their little chunk of wall gets. Still, each time I've used the intercom to the guard inside and asked permission to take pictures ... it just seems like the courteous thing to do.
