"Bornibus, named after a personal friend of the artist, was constructed at Mark Di Suvero's studio in Chalon-Sur-Saone, France. Di Survero used to France in 1973 and was the first living artist to exhibit at Jaardin des Tuileries, Paris. Mark Di Suvero cofounded La Vie Formes - a floating studio for visiting artists on a canal barge - Chalon-Sur-Saone in 1988." ~ plaque describing sculpture.
