Bailey Park is an older park run by the City of Humboldt Parks and Recreation Department. Park is large and I recall during my high school years (1981-1985), being in the band, the park was the staging point for the high school bands for the Annual Strawberry Festival parade.
Parks consists of Tennis Courts, walking trail, outdoor pavillion and indoor community center. BBQ grills are also available.
