This are is commonly fished by trout fisherman. There is a park here called Jones Bridge Park and that is where you access the river. Good luck to all.
Recommended tackle: I use a spining reel with a small rappala silver.

Recommended fishing methods:
I use a spinning reel but there are lots of fly fishers and that works well too.
