Cross Gates Cross is an ancient granite cross marking the route walked by the monks. The cross measurers 6 feet 1 inch tall and is 2 feet 1 inch across the arms. The cross is situated beside the Devonport Leat. Nearby there is a modern day granite seat as a memorial to Michael Gee 1948-2003
