This is a midsized regional mall in the city of Federal Way located between Seattle and Tacoma. Anchor stores are Sears, Macy's, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Century Theatres, & Target.
The mall was originally called Sea-Tac Mall until a change of management in 2003, when Steadfast Commercial Properties purchased the mall. It has been remodeled in 2003, and again in 2014.
Some other stores at The Commons at Federal Way include Famous Footwear, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, Lane Bryant, Wet Seal, Etiquette, Claire's, Daiso, Parfumerie, Regis Salon, Kay Jewelers, Things Remembered, Murasaki Boutique, GNC, GameStop, Champs Sports, Foot Locker, Zumiez, & more.
There's a Food Court in the mall, along with eateries inside including Five Guys, Jasmine Mongolian Grill, Subway, Mrs. Fields Cookies, Starbucks (inside Target) & more. The Commons has multiple pad restaurants including McGrath's Fish House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, Azteca Family Mexican Restaurant, & Red Robin.
