This mark is located in downtown Cleveland, OH, in an area known as the Flats. The mark is on the shore of the Cuyahoga River just northwest of the Veterans Memorial Bridge (US 6/US 20/US 322/Superior Ave).

The mark is easily accessible from the park along the east bank of the Cuyahoga River in the Flats, from entrances along Old River Road, Merwin Avenue, or West Avenue. The mark is at the coordinates listed, embedded in the floor of a roofless concrete structure built into the river. The structure is easily seen and is seemingly abandoned. It is in the general vicinity of a time capsule commemorating the 100th anniversary of labor.

Be careful in this area at night, as it seems that homeless people take up residence here.
