In the 1870s, a two-story First National Bank of Texarkana was built on this pie-shaped lot. In 1901, the FW Offenhauser Insurance Company radically reconstructed the building to accommodate their offices, adding both a third story and a corner turret to the original building. The building now houses the Texarkana Museum of Regional History, open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am-4pm. Admission is $5.
