Cut Hill RAT stone is a small Granite rock located literally in the middle of nowhere that has the initials R A T clearly carved in it. No more information is available other than there are a large proportion of secret inscribed stones all over Dartmoor and in particulary this hill. This one is a real challenge to find - even with GPS!
