With wildlife sculptures created by Vic Payne, this fountain is a part of the Taylor Crossing development at the edge of the Snake River in Idaho Falls, Idaho. According to the developer this is the first artwork in what will eventually become a "Legacy Walkway" through Taylor Crossing. The completed fountain was dedicated on August 26, 2006.
