This small Carnegie Library was built in 1906 and originally housed 3000 books. It is now home to the Chamber of Commerce and the County Historical Museum.

According to a 1906 press report the library opened with "3000 choice books to suit all fancies." The building was utilized as the Uinta County Library for many years, and now serves as the Uinta County Museum and the Evanston Chamber of Commerce.
