This is the main studio for the CAPPS Broadcast Group, which operates 4 radio stations: KUMA-AM, KUMA-FM, KWHT-FM and KTIX-AM. It is located on the west end of the Eastern Oregon Regional Airport. The main transmitter for KTIX is shared with KUMA-AM and located on the east side of Pendleton in the Riverside neighborhood. It consists of three towers.
