Dudley Do-Right's Rip Saw Falls are located in the Toon Lagoon area of Universal's Islands of Adventure, that features larger-than-life comic strip characters.

"Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls is a Universal Orlando water ride based on the Royal Canadian Mountie character Dudley Do-Right. Other characters incorporated into the ride include Horse (Dudley's horse), Nell Fenwick (Dudley's crush), Inspector Fenwick (Dudley's boss), and Snidely Whiplash (Dudley's arch nemesis).
To get to the ride, you must first navigate a lengthy queue that winds through Snidely Whiplash's hideout. There are lots of different jokes and sight gags to make the wait feel more enjoyable. The queue takes you up to the top of a saw mill where you learn that the fair Nell Fenwick has been kidnapped (once again) by Snidely Whiplash. Can Dudley and his trusty steed save the day? Of course, you need to go through the ride to find out.
Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls is probably best described as a flume ride, but you could also consider it an aqua coaster of sorts. The ride vehicles are log-shaped like the vehicles in a traditional free-floating flume ride, but the ride runs along an underwater track like a roller coaster. After boarding the ride, you sail through a few dark corridors where more of the story plays out. There are a few small to medium sized drops that feel exciting until you hit the real highlight of the ride: a 75-foot drop that sends you plummeting into a large pool of water at the bottom of the saw mill.

Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls Ride History
The Ripsaw Falls ride is based off the characters created by cartoonists Jay Ward and Alex Anderson. Dudley Do-Right made his first television appearance on NBC in 1961. Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls opened in Toon Lagoon in 1999 with the rest of the Islands of Adventure Park. It was the very first flume ride to drop riders beneath the water level.
The attraction closed temporarily in March of 2000 because guests complained about the roughness of the ride. Lap bars were added to the ride vehicles, and slight adjustments were made to the track. The ride re-opened that same year. In 2011, the roof of the attraction caught fire. It closed for a few weeks so that the damage could be repaired.
Like many other rides, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls undergoes regular annual maintenance during slow periods. It is sometimes closed for a week or two each year, typically in January or February when there isn't a high demand for water rides." SOURCE: (visit link)
