The east window was erected as a war memorial to the fallen in WWI.
"Stained glass window having five main lights beneath eight smaller lights. Centre light depicts Christ on the Cross, with St Mary Magdalene kneeling at the foot of the Cross, behind which hangs a curtain of deep red; flanking the centre light are panels depicting the Virgin Mary and St John. At the foot of each of those three lights are Angels holding shields, the lamb the lily and the cup. The outer north light depicts St Gabriel with a lily and St John the Baptist; the outer south light depicts St Michael, holding the flaming sword & the balances, and St George slaying the dragon. The associated tablet, bearing the names of the fallen, has an engraved red cross top-centre, flanked on each side by an embossed rose, above the inscription."
