Inscription on the plaque:

The Gardens of Stone

Aligned in even rows, it's just your fate,
Some white as snow, others lost their glow,
Bearing names upon their faces,
Telling us who lay below.

Innocent children, loving mothers,
Even those of fortune and fame,
Makes no difference now or ever,
For they all share the same.

Frozen now by death, no place to hide,
Making no sound,
Tucked in humble lairs side by side,
Peacefully resting under hallow ground.

Remember those fallen companions,
When a garden you've passed,
A lair awaits to hold you in union,
Beneath lush green grass.

Then loved ones may visit whenever,
In your new found home,
Another name etched forever,
Amidst the Garden of Stone.
