BL2016 - "C 1513" metal rod - Oak Ridge North, TX - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

As monumented by the NGS back in 1987:

"[...] ALONG THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD FROM ITS JUNCTION WITH SPRING SCHOOL ROAD IN SPRING, 25.7 M (84.3 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF A PAVED ROAD, 22.6 M (74.1 FT) WEST OF THE NEAR RAIL, AND 1.0 M (3.3 FT) NORTH OF A UTILITY POLE. NOTE--ACCESS TO DATUM POINT IS HAD THROUGH A 5-INCH LOGO CAP. THE MARK IS 0.3 METERS E FROM A WITNESS POST THE MARK IS 1.4 M BELOW THE TRACKS."

Save for the name of the nearby street (it's now called "Richards Rd", not "Spring School Rd"), the NGS description is still pretty accurate, and so are the distance estimates from the rail tracks and the street. However, the witness post is just a wooden survey stake nowadays.

The NGS' currently posted coordinates ("N 30 08 06.18 W 095 25 52.14") seemed reasonably accurate: my measurements were "N 30° 08.105 W 095° 25.861" based on 10+ readings within 10' accuracy.

The station was recovered in good condition.
