This is a two-story brick building with a double storefront. It was constructed in 1918 and originally housed a car dealership and garage. In subsequent years, it was connected to the Washita Hotel by an interior corridor. The hotel is located on the adjacent street at 205-222 E. Main. Today the ground floor of the building is occupied by TNT (Riggs Nutrition) a health clinic and nutrition center.

The ground floor has been remodeled with two mirror-image storefronts, with adjacent single doors and four display windows toward the north and south. The original flat canopy remains over the entrances, with its stamped metal sheeting. The clerestory is covered with metal. There are four distinct bays on the second floor, separated by brick columns. Each bay contains a triple window with multiple panes. A continuous stone sill runs beneath each set of two. Above each window is a decorative brick hood, and above that the upper wall has designs in brick, with corbelling. Two triangular wood marquees have been placed above the canopy, which are no longer being used.
