The car parts dog and cat sculptures are situated near to the Pantopia Theater and the Grand Caravan Carousel in the Pantopia Region at Busch Gardens.

The large sculptures were created by Dominique Martinez a visionary metal sculptor and the founder of Rustic Steel Creations since 2002.
The giant cat and dog are created from recycled salvaged car parts and are named 'Rustic' and 'Steel'

"Dominique Martinez was born in France and moved to the United States at the age of seven. After studying art history, he furthered his appreciation and understanding of the arts by working at several auction houses. He currently resides and creates in the Channelside District of Tampa. He is the founder of Rustic Steel Creations, where he continues his passion for art while creating unique gates, railings, sculptures and custom pieces for clients throughout the Tampa Bay area."
