Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears N0.7°W from T14S R9E S14 23 1/4 COR, 2651' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on a concrete pier; about 6" below grade

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
A bent-over T-post bears N, 6" distant, and a 1-1/4" square wood stake is S, 8" distant. Two ponderosa pine bearing trees [reported to be more than 200' distant] were not found.


What property is this mark defining?:
