Sculpté en 1924 pour la ville de Tlemcen ce monument a été rapatrié de Tlemcen (Algérie).
Installé à Saint-Aygulf en 1964.

Placé au square de Lattre de Tassigny , avenue de la Corniche d'Or, juxtant la Poste à Saint Aygulf.

Il représente une Victoire ailée accompagnée d'un "poilu" et d'un soldat de l'Armée d'Afrique.

Sculpteur : Joseph Ebstein (1881-1961), artiste algérois de renom.

It represents a Winged Victory accompanied by a "hairy" and an African Army soldier.
