Coordinates at the entrance to the cemetery are N35 18.340 W98 57.944. The memorial is located down a winding drive where it opens onto the cemetery grounds.
The granite plaque is mounted on a metal pole and is slanted toward the viewer. It is located alongside the cemetery drive near a copse of evergreen trees. The plaque reads:

to all members of the
Armed Forces layed to rest
