[FR] Un éco-compteur a été récemment érigé aux abords de l'Estriade et du bureau d'accueil touristique, à Granby. La borne, brevetée en France, permettra à la Ville de Granby de collecter des données sur le nombre de piétons et de cyclistes qui empruntent cette section de la Route verte durant l'année.
En date de jeudi dernier (2019/10/03), 250 000 piétons avaient marché devant le détecteur infrarouge, tandis que 300 000 cyclistes sont passés au niveau de la boucle de détection ou de l'infrarouge qui, l'un et l'autre, détectent le métal du vélo.
[EN] An eco-countdown was recently erected near the Estriade and the tourist office in Granby. The terminal, patented in France, will allow the City of Granby to collect data on the number of pedestrians and cyclists who use this section of the Route verte during the year.
As of last Thursday (2019/10/03), 250,000 pedestrians had walked in front of the infrared detector, while 300,000 cyclists passed at the level of the detection loop or the infrared which, one and the other, detect the metal of the bike.
