Sign clearly states this fountain is for Horses and Cattle only. The water basin is approximately 4 ft tall and has a wide lip to keep children from dipping their hands into the water.

A large rectangle sits above the basin. Water pours into the top basin from old time water pumps. The water then pours over the edge of the upper basin into the large basin below.
