In this case the arms show a shield with a crown on top with a lion on top of that.

The shield is flanked by two animals standing on their back legs. They appear to be dogs, but the one on the right could be a lion.

The shield is split into 4 quadrants, 2 of which are orange whils the other two are white with black arrowheads. The arrowheads are also on the body of the animal on the right.
