As you enter Clinton Cemetery from the north at Commerce Street and S. 28th Street, to your right, behind the brick entrance pillar is a tree planted in memory of Sturgis Darling.
Sturgis Williams Darling is buried in Clinton Cemetery. He was born on April 1, 1902 and passed away on September 28, 1978. A granite plaque at the base of the tree reads:
