NRHP Nomination Form

"A two-story Beaux Arts building designed in 1917 by local architects Curtis, Broad & Lightfoot, features a profusion of bas-relief swags, medallions, and pilasters. Today it continues to serve its original purpose. Because of local experience with devastating fires, the 1917 fire station must have been viewed as a very important building."
