This building has granite rubble masonry and a slate roof. Ridge crests surmount this roof. The frames of bays, corner chains and bands are granite stone. " Le bâtiment a vraisemblablement été réalisé dans les années suivantes. En effet, en 1893, des travaux de réparation eurent lieu à la mairie ; ces travaux ont été réalisés par l'architecte Monsieur Cadieu de Dol pour la somme de 2600 francs. Le bâtiment construit dans les années 1850 était destiné à la mairie et à l'école de garçons, ce qui explique ses dimensions importantes. A l'origine, le toit était surmonté d'un campanile abritant une cloche pour les usages de l'école vraisemblablement.
Ce bâtiment possède une maçonnerie en moellon de granite et une toiture à croupes couverte d'ardoise. Des épis de faîtage surmontent cette toiture. Les encadrements de baies, chaînages d'angle et les bandeaux sont en pierre de taille de granite. La façade est rythmée par cinq travées composées de baies à arcs en plein cintre au second niveau et de baies quadrangulaires au troisième niveau. Les trois travées centrales forment un léger avant-corps surmonté d'un fronton triangulaire décoré d'une corniche à modillons.
