In a small red ribbon it says "Welcome to" in white letters. Commerce in large white block letters stretch across the length of the mural. The letter "O" in commerce looks like a brown sponge. In front of the "C" is white flowers. The "M" in the middle has blue bonnets above and below it. At the right end under the "CE" is a herd of cattle.
