The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park was created on land donated by Fowler McCormick. Being the grandson of both John Rockefeller and Cyrus McCormick he had the means to create his own railroad on his ranch. An adobe style building with a clock tower has been created as an entrance and display area for a portion of the park. Under the tower is a display recalling the history of the Merci car and other mementos donated by France. This clock faces east toward the parking lot. It has a white face with the major hours in Arabic numerals. The intermediate hours are marked by black bars. The hands are chisel shaped and beginning to lose paint. The building is covered in tan stucco with faux beams extruding. The clock appears to be functioning.
