Taken from the website, "A standing, larger than life-sized figure of William Penn. At his side, in his proper left hand he holds a white oak twig with leaves. He holds a bowl with a small pitcher (porringer), a key and turf in his proper right hand. He is dressed in the style of a gentleman of the period, with hat, ruffled shirt, waistcoat, doublet, breeches and buckled shoes. He stands on a circular plinth set on a square base."
