This charger for electrical vehicles is located on the south side of the OKC Civic Center Music Hall and Bicentennial Park. There is one charger, for two cars, and it is free of charge. Free parking anywhere in Downtown OKC is a rarity, so if you have an electric car, this is a good place to park if you need to be in the area (for a brief time, while you car charges). Parking on the south side of the Civic Center is diagonal parking, heading east.
