A Taco Bell employee was a hero after an elderly man was violently attacked after asking why someone was parking illegally in a handicap spot.

A 76-year-old man is blind-sided and knocked out at a Norman Taco Bell.

Police say the suspect and victim came in contact outside the restaurant last Monday. 27-year-old Chase Headspeth followed the elderly man into the store and hit him in the head three times.

If you see Headspeth you are asked to call Norman Police.
