Plaque Text:
The designs on the sides represent the winds circling the half moon; and behind the head is a very free and melodic design representing the song he is singing. When an animal raises its head and exposes its neck, it is at its most vulnerable, so the artist created a protective shield of Celtic designs on its chest. If you look at the face you will see that he is singing from the very depths of his soul.
